>>So you've got this crazy system where all of a sudden 25 million more people have health care and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half. It's the craziest thing in the world,

Hillary knows the middle class can deliver her a win, and Bill is no fool. He's describing the middle class hole so prevalent in the US in more than just healthcare. Take university: the "rich" who pay hardly any tax can pay full price, the "poor" get financial aid, and the middle class gets stuck with big costs and usually big debt. It's crazy when financially it makes sense for some parents to quit work for 6 months to qualify for financial aid. Similar in healthcare: the rich get souped-up Rolls Royce policies, the poor get Medicaid or subsidies if they're only slightly poor, and the middle class is fully exposed to bandits and/or the realities of small-group underwriting.

Is the situation crazy? Of course. But what ought to have happened in the first place, and who caused the craziness? You seem to want to blame this administration- but politically Obama was unable to suggest half the solutions HRC is proposing today.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
