Are we talking about pure HTTP access speed or HTTP access plus JSON or XML parsing? That's a whole different discussion if we're talking about the latter - which definitely has some extra overhead compared to .NET as there's an extra conversion step in the JSON parsing to provide raw FoxPro objects.
