Visual FoxPro 3.0 Unleased is a good book. There are also some other good ones I've seen at previous conferences and discussed here on the Universal Thread.

For training, you might want to take a look at the training section of the Visual FoxPro Yellow Pages Classified. MaxTech & AppDev are also good training firms.
