I have been having many problems with getting GMAIL in my outlook. It is not always but very often.
The error that Outlook shows is:
Task 'myname@gmail.com' - Receiving reported error (0x800CCC1A): Your server does not
support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method.
These are the values I have in my Outlook for the GMAILs accounts:
Incoming Server (POP3): 995
[x] This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
[x] Use the following type of encrypted connection [SSL] (the other choices are None, TSL, Auto)
What would you suggest to change for GMAIL?
