Looks the same to me - without icons is fine as well (you know I'm an atheist so icons or no icons is irrelevant). I'd rather like to change the font for a serif one - I've set my system (Ubuntu 16.04 now!) to use serif (Liberation, I think) in the menus and window captions etc, and I like how it looks and it's somehow more easily readable.

Even with sans serif fonts, Linux is so much better, no more of the ugly Arial! :)
