>>Biden's not running for office.
>
>He was Obama's running mate (twice) and that response/justification doesn't pass even the most basic evaluation. MSM sources have spoken at length about Pence with regard to being "one step away from the presidency" and have misrepresented some of his positions in Indiana as way of discrediting the R ticket.
>
>By the way, Biden has made a handful of racial comments that the MSM shrugged off as, "oh, that's just Uncle Joe being Uncle Joe". I highly doubt Trump/Pence would have received the same soft reaction. Just to remind everyone, here are his major ones:
>
>- Using a southern drawl and telling a group of black supporters that Republicans “gonna put ya’ll back in chains.”
>- Faked an "Indian" accent to mock call centers from that part of the world
>- Saying in 2007 that Obama was the “first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”
>- Saying in 2006, "you cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”
>
>This is the fundamental problem with how the political left is treated - they are evaluated by a softer moral stick than the political right. The other night Rachel Maddow slammed the R ticket for Pence holding a different view of Syrian than Trump....but hasn't said a word about Kaine dramatically changing his own views on the Hyde Amendment (so as to obediently coalesce with the DNC platform)
>
>I'll even go so far as to day that over the last month, I'm a little more impressed with Pence (especially now that I've discovered just how much the MSM has distorted some of Pence's positions)....and less impressed with Kaine.

What about the positions that have not been distorted? Or his actions on such things as healthcare? I'm always concerned with a candidate who puts ideology before science myself - especially when it resulted in a health crisis.

>>As far as I can tell, this is a right-wing satire response to the Trump allegations, based on nothing true: http://www.attn.com/stories/12114/trump-supporters-mock-sexual-assault-with-hillarygropedme
>
>That doesn't address JR's point.
>
>Clearly I have no idea if these recent allegations regarding Trump are accurate. We can all have personal opinions and mine is that I wouldn't be at all surprised if at least some are true. Yes, Trump is a blowhard and has a horrible potty mouth and I have a major issue with someone saying he wouldn't get upset if someone called his own daughter a "nice piece of ___". But I also don't find it much of a stretch of imagination to believe he has harassed women before. I loathe Trump. Just like I also don't find it hard to believe most of what has come out of WikiLeaks regarding HRC, her campaign, and the DNC.
