You can achieve this by blanking the "methods" field in the vcx (which is just a VFP table) while leaving the "objcode" field intact. Sometimes this is done immediately prior to building an exe in the belief that it makes it more difficult to decompile, which isn't true.

If this is the answer, check to see whether there's another "master" copy of the vcx elsewhere that does still have the sourcecode... usually there would be one. Otherwise it means you don't actually have all the sourcecode. I'd be inclined to use Refox on an exe or app to restore it... also note that this sort of tactic is extremely fragile and won't survive a class recompile or method edit, so don't mess with the class!
