It really does especially if implemented correctly. The developer just needs to be clear about its limitations and also be clear as what is happening behind the curtain.

I just don't want to be distracted right now to discuss the importance and benefits of good ORM. Many of our simple forms are developed by using Scaffolding - it takes about 10-15 min. to create a fully functional List and Edit form.

I hope other people will join the discussion if they want to discuss pros and cons. I just don't have much time to be engaged in it right now.
