This is something I don't know anything about. Assuming that the email is real - is there any evidence to back up this claim? Not saying there isn't - I just don't know anything about it. Everything I read from well established reputable sources indicates that in-person voter fraud really doesn't exist. (well it DOES exist - but it such minute numbers it's insignificant - like 31 parts per billion)
