I had the pleasure of seeing a live performance of the entire work by The Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey
this past weekend.

As a prelude Daniel Spalding, the music director told us that he selected this work because of everything he's been reading about the dangers immigrants pose.

The entire audience of over 400 people -including me- were standing and roaring approval when it ended.

We need to take a deep breath, forget what we're hearing on the news, and remember where "the great generation" came from.
