I was trying to investigate simple solutions. But it looks like there is none really. As I said, I try to keep the UI as simple as possible and I am not going to re-create "this oldish drop-down that cannot hook image because of size' with a hack. User can and will do without!
They'll have to wait for more recent paradigms. Not VFP-based of course and possibly neither Windows-based anyway. At the current time, I am looking at Sciter via :
