I created a DLL using c#.
I tried to register it using RegAsm. But I get RA0000 error (: Failed to load '...\filename.dll' because it is not a valid .net assembly).

I definitely agree with Rick about using DotNetBridge. I have used it and it is the greatest thing since sliced bread. And it even comes with totally understandable documentation.
