I'll tell you who else thinks it is a relevant point and not a matter of "but that was decades ago" - HRC herself.
She and her campaign pulled the "rape victims have a right to be believed....I want to send a message to every survivor of sexual assault: Don’t let anyone silence your voice. You have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed, and we’re with you" text from her website earlier this year.
Rather obvious why it was pulled - because HRC knows deep down that her own actions don't meet the standard she tries to project.
