Apart from anything else: unless she could demonstrate timing or other conflict, she actually has an obligation to defend him and it's a career-limiting move to protest something you can't avoid. A young ambitious Hillary would have been a fool to lay the paper trail you demand.

FWIW, I'm also concerned to see the conservative media repeating the lie that only 10% of Clinton Foundation expenditure is on charity, with the rest going on salaries and trips. In fact the Foundation does very well getting $ to the coal face. Right now there's so much mud being thrown that it's sticking to everybody and each mudpat is just as likely to hit the hurler themselves as anybody else.
