Hopefully FoxInCloud can do the initial conversion and then the web developers can take over and run with it changing out whatever they see fit.

Do you know what technologies the web developers are currently using - e.g. is the site hosted by a windows server ? I'm not familiar with the workings of FoxInCloud but you should look closely at whether it is feasible to convert your application piecemeal to a non-FoxInCloud solution - my guess is that it may not be possible.
