If the window is docked in the wrong location, then you can:
1. Right-click on the window and clear the "Allow Docking" -- it should now be a floating window that can be repositioned and resized
2. resize and reposition it to location near where you want it
3. Right-click and set the "Allow Docking" checkbox
4. Drag it close to the edge -- it should "snap" into place.
