FoxInCloud lets you do what you describe.

From what FoxInCloud generates:

- HTML and CSS are universal, you can reuse them anywhere you see fit; especially with the Bootstrap support around the end of this year.

- JS is tied to FoxInCloud.js, which is tied to FoxInCloud Application Server.
Using regular expression, you could modify this source code to another client layer (a replacement FoxInCloud.js).
However this would have no interest as you'd probably want to write your client-server interaction using Angular or React; in such case the JS generated by FiC would be useless.

However my recommended scenario would be what message ID 1642817 describes
