Not quite that simple... there are transgender people out there who have used the womens' for years and could be in danger if forced to use the mens'. They're as much a victim as anybody of this determination to blow it all up into a huge fuss.
If societies do end up with unsegregated toilets to end the furor, the many women who appreciate a few testosterone-free moments in the WC may wish for the good old days, and men who can line up 10 abreast at a urinal will be exasperated at queuing for unisex cubicles.
