The federal prisons are running out of space for them.
We can save solve that problem and save a lot of money if we issue a bunch of pardons and we'll have lots of candidates.

Of course, NY and NJ don't have murderers like some of the other states.

Do you seriously think that someone like Chris Christie - who if he doesn't join this list, should - would a priori have been a better president than Ike, JFK or LBJ?
