Window smashing is wrong, though minor. If a student was intentionally run down, that's also wrong and someone should be punished. But I don't think any of that can be characterized as rioting.

Still think that it is not rioting?

I know that I always attend a peaceful protest with a baseball bat in my hands....

Or an attack on the first amendment?

Or making false police reports?

BTW, even though these are examples are from Fox News (which I am absolutely certain that you will "poo poo" and say are all untrue because it is Fox), I actually do watch other outlets (CNN, ABC, MSNBC). These were just the easiest to grab. I have to get ready for a ladies' neighborhood breakfast that starts in a couple of hours so I did not have a lot of time to GOOGLE for sources that you would find acceptable....
