a) look at embolded part: I tried to circumvent "accusing" him of shady deals myself - I also know that a certain, but very low % of contracts or companies SHOULD go belly up, as that ascertains you do not only go for safe/low ROI deals. I do dislike the shroud of vagueness he keeps about his deals/holdings/personal worth/tax documents, making me believe he is much more of a con man than a succsessful biz man. But that is beside the point here ;-)

b) Again: why should that particular pattern serve as a role model for other deals ? For baby-sitting, tooth extraction or atomic deals?
