>Additional question... Dore suggested SYS(2029) (Thanks Dore). So, if I do a COPY TO ____ TYPE FOX2X, is there a way to go the other way... 2X to a VFP table. I realize that long field names get hammered and DBC linkages are removed. But is there a way to "convert" a 2X table to have it recognized as a VFP table?

John,
