For women, there are unsafe zones. For Muslims in the US, there are unsafe zones. For black Americans, there are unsafe zones. For LGBT Americans, there are unsafe zones.

You may have read right before the election about an enormous secret FB group called Pantsuit Nation. (It's now about 3.6M members.) The stories people there told (and are telling) about their experiences of being harrassed, assaulted, and otherwise diminished are heartbreaking. A lot of people in this country need somewhere to know that they can talk freely and safely.
