A couple of days ago, it was casually suggested that Trump's mandate includes Paul Ryan’s "outline" with capped Medicare premium support among other gems. This is pretty significant as it effectively transfers the risk of medical inflation to - you. But it's largely ignored because of all the other furor. If Obama sees fit to cozy up to Merkel and group speak, does that really affect anybody in the US? The risk is that the ranch is on fire while everybody is distracted. Might pay to call your representatives and make sure they know voters still have eyes on the ball and this sort of stuff isn't going to be sneaked through while everybody is deafened by brass bands and circus.
