In this way, the grid will become blank!
a method suggested by other in this group is to :
1. delete the records, or mark the records in the grid, and
2. set the recordsource to space(0),
3. issue pack the tables
4. reset to the tables by recordsource.
If you want to delete a record in child tables, and the parent tables will be modified somehow, that's quite different from above method.
But if you just want to delete a record from parent tables with records in
Child tables, just set the relationship to be in phase with parent records.
