>(Yes, The Nation is a liberal publication, but every claim about Sessions in the article is sourced.)

>If this isn't what you thought you were getting or what you wanted from a Trump administration, you have a responsibility to call your Senators (especially if they're Republicans) and tell them to oppose this nomination. If you didn't vote for Trump, but you have a GOP senator, please call as well. I'll make it easy. Here's a list with phone numbers:

Have you looked at the "racist" statements he made?
If all the people who had made statements like that during the 70's and 80's were deported, you'd cut the US population by more than half.

Jeff Sessions is not my favorite guy - not because of his stands on social issues like these - but because of his stands on economic and military issues.

This is what happens when a party forgets the people it is supposed to represent and nominates poor candidates.
We lose elections and have to put up with people like Sessions.

Sessions is just the beginning.
We're going to wind up with supreme court judges that will make Thomas and Allito look like pinkos.

Mistakes have consequences and this was a huge one.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
