Depends on your definition of solution ;-)
You could patch/band aid by coding for this situation via auto-closing Messagebox called via Scripting Shell or implementing MsgBox replacement, handling other windows minimize via API in surrounding code.
As both approaches might disturb other program windows, high chance of some user being pissed off.
Even trying to restore will not please all - so in my dictionary it is band aid, not solution ;-)
