I am trying to use it on this laptop (I think I used it before on a different one). I'm getting this error on the line trying to create the object.

I'll try to debug this, but could the problem be related to using .NET 4.5.2 ?

I honestly don't know but I do know that Rick provides very detailed documentation for wwDotNetBridge.
