Does that download work fine for you (e.g. downloading from https://west-wind.com/wwDotnetBridge.aspx, extracting, then running one of the programs from the wwIPStuff_samples\wwDotnetBridge directory?

May be I just should follow the top portion in the http://west-wind.com/presentations/wwDotnetBridge/wwDotnetBridge.pdf and create my class as com object since I can not even get wwDotnetBridge to work :(
