I used to make it from scratch, till I discovered that it's probably the most heart-unhealthy food conceived by man. I still miss it, though.

We are having TGFitz today.
My late wife was at her happiest when her house was full of people who would enjoy one of her incomparable dinners, served at an impeccably decorated table.

To commerate their mother, my kids celebrate TG with their in-laws and the Fitz family unites here with spouses for TGFitz on the Saturday following TG.
We'll have 8 at the table, some really good wines, and it will be a blast.
