And here's what I said in 2014....

The Cuban government isn't stupid. They can read oil prices. They also know that the economy in Venezuela is struggling, and they need other nations to support them. They aren't interested in freedom for all their citizens (certainly not their first interest)

As usual, Obama gave in far too much.
