Yes.
Shakespeare was no slouch with cusswords.
Mark Twain, my favorite American writer, could pour out a stream in private.
His ribald romp, "1601", was his way of letting it all out in print.
He purposely limited its distribution while he was alive because he didn't want his wife, whom he worshipped, to hear him using that language.
I got a copy as part of some research I was doing on Twain.
After a few pages, it became boring.

Yes, many intelligent people use cusswords, but It's far from their finest feature.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
