I don't get it. I know agribusiness is huge in the US, but I know lots of your countryfolk who avoid GMO food by eating whole local produce and knowing the aliases for processed corn and soy. I do that myself. Am I fooling myself?

I never said anything negative about avoiding GMO food, did I? I merely said that I knew Victor's answer before he gave it ;) As a matter of fact, I try to avoid all highly processed foods.
