Went down that path and I feel your pain. Knowing what trouble lies ahead, I've thought of a workaround.

Just copy the whole pageframe to wherever you need it. Then delete everything from the first two pages, including code. Then copy everything, including code, from pages 3 and 4 to pages 1 and 2. Then delete pages 3 and 4.

Fingers crossed, eager to hear how it went.
