According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_of_Representatives_elections_in_Pennsylvania,_2012 , in the popular vote the Democrats led by about 83,000 votes (not a million) or about 1.5%.

Every incumbent who ran, except for 1 Democrat, retained their seat.
