Reports & Report designer
I guess I'm looking for the details in the differences between them. Using the LABEL/REPORT writers, I don't see any difference. The interface/menus all appear equivalent. It appears that when I choose label stock (like Avery 4143), all this is doing is configuring my page layout (margins, columns, etc). It looks like I can configure all of that manually in the report writer as well.
The only functional difference I've noticed is that the LABEL FORM command contains only a subset of the options of the REPORT FORM command - like "IN WINDOW" for example.
Is there any reason I couldn't/shouldn't use the report writer to design a 4"x6" 4-up label?

>Reports are supposed to print any kind of information you want with the layout you define, labels are standard mailing labels (or etiquettes) which you print on different kind of standard label sheets like Avery No. 4143 for example
