One was a Catholic hospital and it was announced that their policy on abortion would apply at both hospitals. Our community rose up and protested loudly and insistently that that was not acceptable. The merger was scrapped.

The way I usually word the question - should elective late term abortions be legal?

The question is intended to see if a person actually understands what's in Roe v Wade and Planned Parenthood v Casey - or if the person simply repeats what HRC and DWS were saying on the topic (the unsupported assertion that late term abortions are only due to medical necessity)
