Does anyone know how to execute a dial-up networking session from VFP?

Windows 95 automatically senses when you attempt to access a network resource that is unavailable, and will automatically ask you if you want to use dial-up netowrking.

Evidently VFP does not trigger this action, because I get a "Invalid path or filename".
