It's almost a no-brainer - do a search here on UT for C0000005 (no. of zero's?) errors. We've been seeing some quirks, but between the suggestions found on the C0000005 threads to get latest DCOM and replacing a field in problematic vcx tables, plus VS SP1 updates one DLL VFP uses, they mostly went away for me. I don't remember any specific list, but I've been seeing other threads refering people to M$ FoxPro webpages for additional info. HTH
