The nominal performance as shown in the video looks good. However, if I were MS I'd make sure the demo ARM-based PC had max RAM, an NVMe SSD and every possible go-fast bit, and that all the programs and data were loaded in advance of the video being shot so as much as possible was cached and subsequent loads look "snappy". Real-life mileage may vary :-/

Still, the main good news is Win32 on ARM. MS is trying to keep Win10 relevant in a world of changing platforms.

It's worth noting Qualcomm is also making a move in the ARM64 server arena: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/12/07/qualcomm_centriq_sampling/ . Which is interesting in light of the "Timing" section of that article, which overviews how other ARM server efforts are stalling.
