Well, for that matter, all priests are guilty of sexual crimes, because their elders protected the perpetrators and everyone has a government they deserve. All muslims are guilty of what the wahabis did. All Serbs are guilty of what Milošević did. All Jews are guilty of what is happening in Gaza. All the bankers are guilty for the bubble. All Americans are guilty of civilians killed by drones. All cops are guilty for not raising their voice against bad cops.

You can follow that logic of collective responsibility to as far as you want. I've seen that logic being applied in cases when individual responsibility is absent.
