I haven't said much about this at all, but I understand that "Black Lives Matter" carries an implied "too" at the end. That's why "All Lives Matter" and "Blue Lives Matter" are unnecessary. The issue is that, for too long, many people in this country, including a lot of (but by no means, all) police have behaved as if black lives have less value than white lives.

Do I think any of that justifies the execution of police on the street? Of course not.
