ROFL and LOL!!! I never claimed to be speaking about single payer in general. It was Jean who claimed that HE was. I was only speaking about Andy's and my personal experiences. Oh yeah, and the experiences of my brother-in-law who is an NHS physician in the UK along with my sister-in-law who was, for many years, a solicitor who specialized in malpractice there.
