I probably do not have a solution for this ... But, I would like to continue clarifying. By vertical printing, can I assume you do not mean LANDSCAPE printing ?

Sorry, but I do not know of any means of doing this other than creating my own function that would do the work of rearranging the characters for output to a printer (No easy task).
