Kissinger was born in Fuerth, Germany, not yet part of Asia (not until the Chinese overrun Europe again)
Emmanuel Rahm was born in Chicago.
bot of them are Jewish which does not make them Asian unless you go back to Abraham, but then we are all African :-)
