>Not used mapx. Try also mapobjects from ESRI (www.esri.com). I'm using its evaluation version since Michelle Cox told there was such a control (would set it as standart for our institute but national distributor shocked me with the prize - 4-7 times expensive than US market depending on version).

Yeah, I'm trying the mapx sample ocx that can be downloaded from them at www.mapx.com. It's very pricey too, and they have no VFP support. Maybe I can find someone who does Delphi and get them to give me some sample code.
