If you allow "ethnically mixed couples/offspring" as operational definition, US might really be near the top.
Over here the different "straits" were much more recent, so integration is sometimes a couple of generation behind US.
Also I guess that in some countries those "foreign" straits were more homogenous than those entering the US (think North Africans from former French colonies clumping in France)

Not really up to operational definition level: compare the difference in public opinion in those times less taxed (as in stressed, not fiscal sense) by refugees: it was easy back then, now the first criminal reports (and in part the sketchy reporting of perps origin) is a hot topic...
