I'm no pollster, but here's a prediction for you: "repeal Obamacare" actually means "keep premiums affordable."

Everything I've seen and heard (apart from the MSM that insists on taking it literally) is that "keep premiums affordable" is what Trump means and it's what the voters heard and expect. It's simply fantasy to expect voters to send him down in flames if he doesn't repeal the ACA literally, but does get premium rises under control. Which seems IMHO to be nearly impossible without bigger subsidies, honoring of individual mandate if coverage of pre-existing conditions is guaranteed, or Soviet attempts at price controls with predictable result.
