For running the app per se, not at all, either will work fine.

There are some differences that may be important for support/environment:

- Pro is required if the device needs to join a Windows domain

- Remote Desktop Host is available only in Pro (but there are other options if you'd rather use Home)

Those are the main differences I've found in the real world.
