Hello,

I have an application compiled with VFP 9 SP 2, that is installed on one machine twice. First installation is on drive C:. Second installation ist on drive X: which is mapped to a directory on drive C: on the same machine.

Starting an complex form when starting the app from drive C: needs 1 second.
Starting the same form when starting the app from drive X: needs 7 seconds.

EXE and data used are identcal.

What can I do to get the app running faster when started from drive X:?
